Privacy
This policy covers this website. It is short because the site does very little.
This website
This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and builds no profile of you. There is nothing here to opt out of.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any web host, GitHub processes the network requests needed to serve a page, which includes your IP address. That processing is governed by GitHub's privacy statement, not by us, and we do not receive those logs.
If you email us
We keep your message and our correspondence so that we can reply to you and, if we end up working together, keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside the company, or add you to a mailing list. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Client work
Software we build for a client is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy. Where an engagement involves personal data, the handling of it is written into that agreement.
Our own products
Applications we publish carry their own privacy policies, which are presented with the application. Where a product is self-hosted, the data stays on infrastructure the customer controls and we have no access to it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Questions about privacy go to hello@ikanossystems.ai.
